  : Location was great . The actual apartment is a little dated, but still comfortable and spacious.
  : Firstly I didnt get an email confirmation and booking.com nor the actual apartment complex had a direct line that they answer for questions. I had to communicate via email to an unknown person and hope that she replied. The transaction isnt the smoothest process.

  : The location in the middle of the Art Deco Area - NOTHING ELSE
  : The whole property including the penthouse is mantained poorly. Inside the penthouse the sockets come out of the wall, some cabinet doors fall off when opening them, due to wrong appliences the oven cannot be used, the locks of most doors are not repaired properly after obvious break in, the old windows do not close properly and the shower curtain is grey from the thick layers of mold. It can get worse: Had Homeless people sleep in front of the penthouse door EVERY morning! The stay felt like a threat to health due to most of the above mentioned! Never ever again! Feel angry for the loss of money due to the poor value received for the big money spent!

  : I did not like that this unit was not accurately described. This was not a penthouse, merely an unrented apartment on the fourth floor. The halls is full with urine and the furniture in the unit desperately needs an update. It may also be a good idea for full length or bigger mirrors to be added. There was a very small tv in the living room that we were unable to watch because the remote was not working. This was the only tv is the unit. No one ever came to repair after it was reported. This unit does not have access to the beach or a balcony. It is simply a downtown 2bd apartment

  : The only thing remotely positive about this property is its location to the beach and the restaurants/shops. The two bedrooms are tidy and the lounge is comfortable enough.
  : This property is advertised as a penthouse and to be honest doesnt come close. It is an apartment with a lounge, tiny kitchen plus two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. There was a broken lounge chair, damaged blinds and remaining bits of food when we walked into the apartment. prior to this you come through a dirty, smelly, and non inviting entrance. The hallways upstairs are absolutely disgusting and stink. They require full maintenance. The bathrooms are tiny yet mostly clean. The water was at best luke warm which was disappointing. For the same money spent the week earlier at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas this was an absolute let down. Was advertised on the web with parking included which was one of the reasons we took it as we had our own vehicle. Ended up paying over $100 in parking fees. We disliked it that much we left a day early and rebooked flights and travel to go home early which was an additional cost to us. Communication with the owner is difficult and then the owner had the audacity to offend me on two seperate occasions over their own misreading of messages. My honest thoughts are its worth half the value at best. Location doesnt outweigh all the negatives.
