  : Upgraded rooms, staff responded super quick to complaint for TV and card not working and very smiling. Spacious room and balcony. Utensils were available.
  : Hotel Looks empty. Front staff for checkin and checkout doesn’t smile at all; and doesn’t say hi or any extra word.Pool very dirty (but you get access to other tower’s swimming pool). Access card doesnot work in elevator most of the times and you justkeep swiping.

  : well maintained old hotel, small kitchenette, and a new 60+" TV. a Miami Beach trolley stop is right by the hotel.
  : a bit expensive for what they offer, but still a good place to stay

  : The thermostat was broken at night the temperature would drop and room was really cold no response from anyone on the subject as well as there was NO washcloths provided during entire 3 day stay

  : Hospitality of the lady at the front desk. The lobby looked nice and the room had a decent view.
  : Where the start. I attempted to check in my room after 7pm. I broke down my experience by sections. Issues with Key Card: They weren't able to make my room key due to having one machine and the machine was occupied by the maintenance guy who was located on another floor therefore I was requested to take elevator up and wait for the maintenance guy to show. We waited about ten minutes before calling the lobby and asking representative what's going on. Gentleman shows up 2 minutes after call and opens the door for room but did not provide us with room key. Painted Walls:The walls looked painted yet they did a terrible job with paint splatter on windows. Cleanliness: and missing comforter:The room was picked up but was not welcoming and didn't appear 100% clean. We also had 2 queen size beds that were made without a comforter (bed sheets only). It's strange considering I booked a room with a sofa bed merely to have a place to sit. Large noise coming from the floor above: We were in the room for less than 10 minutes and continued to hear a thumping noise from the floor above ours. I visited the lobby and mentioned my concerns to the receptionist and was told they were doing maintenance in the building (working on flooring). another dissatisfied consumer located on the same floor as mine was woken up by the noise and appeared in the lobby 2 minutes after me to complain about the noise. We were provided with another room to stay. Sadly the room was in worst condition than the first one. Worn Pieces of Furniture and dingy room: This room had a sofa bed that looked broken and had stains all over the seat, minor wiring hanging from the TV that was positioned above the sofa bed, loud creaking noise from kitchen cabinets, wobbly table, dirty shower, to extremely dirty ventilation system found in one of the closets. I have more issues with rooms yet I've reached my limit in this review. If only I can post videos as well.
