  : The damage deposte of 250 was not refunded back to my account and its been well over a month since ive booked with them! There was absolutely no damage done to the property and I made sure I took pictures before we left as proof that I returned the key and I left everything as was found when we checked in I’m trying to get in touch with the host and they are not contacting me back in regards to refunding my $250 deposit for damages that were not incurred

Traveller Type: family with young children
  : decent accommodation conditions
  : landlord requirements:- the need to send documents by scan- the need to leave the keys in an unclear place, while the punishment for their wrong place is quite severe, while the landlord leaves the keys where he is comfortable (he wrote about the chessboard, and the keys hung on the fence)- contact with the landlord is very hard, get someone to answer the border with a miracle- the deposit was returned after the 14-day deadline, only when I asked for it
