  : I liked the location, it was right across the street from the beach, right next door to a surf shop and a restuarant and CVS is down the street and muscle beach is also across the street. It was enough space for all five us to sleep comfortably and chill comfortably when we were in the room. The room also doesnt have a balcony but does have a clear oceanview of the beach as well as ocean drive. It was pretty easy to check in, the hosts were responsive and check out was a breeze. Wifi was free and easy, TVs worked well and we had 1.5 baths and a bidet. We also had plenty of towels, pillows, comforters etc. I saw people cleaning the walls and floors and saw laundry being trasnported so Id say it was clean. There was always someone at the front desk no matter what time of day or night. I do believe they are more like security though because they knew nothing about where or how we could rent beach chairs or any kind of information they could share with us.
  : For one there were roaches, we did not notice them until the last day when I had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I did let them know but they have not yet said anything about it. I noticed small little roaches in the middle of the night during our last night, first in the bathroom, then in the kitchen, when I turned on lights, they scattered. Disgusting! the more I looked the more I realized they were in both bathrooms and the kitchen but I did not see then durng the day. They need to exterminate or at least bug spray I was scared to bring anything home in my suitcase! (I have videos and photos)I also didn't like the electricity. All of the lights did not work, or some switches in the dining room turned on lights in the living room but not in the hallway. The electric sockets aren't properly installed so sometimes what you plug in may fall out, and inside the room it took forever to charge my phone unless I use the socket in the bathroom or kitchen. I wasn't a huge fan of the shower. It didn't have a door. It's like the door was missing, but it also seemed intentional that there was not a door there. Like it's made of clear glass, but doesn't have a sliding door, so where the sliding door would be, there is just a space. Made for a colder shower. Also, there are absolutely NO amenities AT ALL, not even free beach chairs, so keep this in mind. No pool, no gym, small lounge area in the lobby and that's about it.Also, the living room was a small futon, and two twin beds (comfy) stacked on pallets. So there isn't a lot of space for those to sit around unless you are comfortable with someone sitting in the place you sleep - for us this was fine because it's our immediate family. Also, the door on my unit was not the best as far as security - I made sure to secure by placing something in front of the door. There are no keys... only codes.. and the door didnt have an inside latch.

  : I didn't like the fact that one of the beds was broken on arrival. I complained to the owner of this problem. He only sends out text messages. Even when u call. He ignores the call. Then sends a can't talk response. Maintenance came in and removed the broken frame. We were promised a new bed the following morning. The new bed from Ikea was to be delivered on day 2. We stayed in this two bedroom apartment with one bed on the floor for 5 days total. I reached out to the owner on day 3, 4 & day 5. Never got a response. The tv's are outdated and don't play well.This place needs to be cleaned inside and out. The white walls are dingy yellow. The white floor is ok. There's roaches in the apartment. The toilets are small and low to the ground. They don't flush well either. The shower was ok. Only has half a door. (Shower)I wouldn't recommend that anyone waste their money on this place. As did I.Also there is no onsite parking. You have to pay for parking. If you're on the beach the parking deck is the best place to park. 20 flat rate. (Overnight) 40-60 anywhere else.The attendant can't help with parking.This place doesn't offer Valet

  : The location is cool, because I’m always on ocean when I come; close to food, beach is directly across the street and night life is every where.
  : I didn’t like that there was sand over the floors, cleaning could’ve done a little better. Also had cigarettes, ballon, and pongs on the balcony. Living room tv needs to be serviced. Booking lists washing machine as if it’s in the unit but it’s actually in the Hotel. The beds definitely need to be updated they are extremely hard. Me and my daughter refuse to sleep on the beds. It also lists one queen bed when there are two the bed room. We just slept on the couches, they aren’t peachy either but better than the beds.
