  : Second time staying here and really disappointed this time round. Definitely not up to the standards it held upon first opening.

  : I rarely write reviews, but I have to add my comments here to ensure other travelers will avoid this hotel or at least will be fully aware of that to expect:1) The pool is a scam, basically hotel guests are not allowed to use it, you can try to make a reservation, but they have been super rude with me and tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for a daybed. This is not acceptable. The pool should be used for free by hotel guests. In the end, I had to purchase through ResortPass a daybed for a different hotel, which is simply just ridiculous.2) The staff in the restaurant is slow, lazy and rude. They will not make your life easier to order, I had to sat there for 20-30 minutes sometimes for someone to arrive with the menu, so in the end I left and had a great brunch on the other side of the street, and the food was also much better. Just go out and there are 1-2 great breakfast and brunch places, better value and service. 3) The hotel will hold 100 USD / day on top of your reservation and will use this money if you go to their restaurant etc. This is also misleading and it was 400 USD on top of the original amount for me, for 4 nights in total. I still did not get back this amount and will have to constantly check my bank account for a future return. 4) The rooms looking at the ocean are also a scam, the ocean is far away and basically you will not see anything for a higher amount. Do not book this type of rooms. Overall, do NOT book this hotel, unless you're fully aware of the situation.
