  : Lin, the person in charge of the apartment was SO nice and attentive! The welcome basket. The kitchen is small but has all you might need. Location, location, location.
  : The tv screen was very very small.

  : The property was just like the pictures. I love the location. Very nice apartment.
  : Was mostly great but I dislike how I tried to check in 40 min early and the lady said it’ll cost $30-40. And on the day I was suppose to check out the cleaning lady just walked into the apartment. It was a lil less than an hour before regular check out time but I had already asked for a late check out when I checked in so technically I still had almost two hours before we had to go . I was still in bed and didn’t appreciate that . And more fees like $30-40 an hour if you wanted late check out.

  : Nothing it was horrible only food thing it’s in a good area close to every thing but the place it self was discusting and the lady who is promoting this place is rude and a very big liar.. had a couple of issues she was no help she stop answering the phone

  : The location was great and close to the beach at a walking distance.
  : The checkin process was very unorganized waited a good while for her to be at the receptionist office to pick up the keys. The main lobby had a weird smell.

  : The host was amazing with customer service and care. I am not going to like when I got outside the building I was like what I signed up for but the apartment was clean and nice. My brother and I both had separate rooms with separate bathrooms which I loved the most. The apartment was close to the beach walking distance and in the middle of everything on Ocean Drive. The extra fee was because we rented a car but the host was very accommodating helping us with parking which allowed us to park through out miami (Overall, you dont need a car if staying on South Beach).
  : The front of the building was a little creepy and the lobby had this weird smell but overall the apartment was great.
