  : front desk staff at check in not friendly and knowledgeable, doesn’t greet guess with smile or offer cookies to guess . When we checkin we paid for the room that are not what we booked. Overall front desk staff doesn’t show professionalism

  : Overpriced breakfast. 3 omelets for over $100. 3 separate incidents. 1st. 2 days into our stay, staff banging on door stating that our room is registered as vacant. 2nd. Unknown man in regular attire and NO Name badge banging on our door, stating he's here to work on phone lines. Phone lines worked perfectly fine and staff never sent a memo or notification of work order. 3rd. Banging on the door stating that our reservation is listed as checking out on 6/11 instead of the correct day, 6/14. 4th. We had to endure 4 hrs without water for service purposes. Disorganized, thoughtless, uninformed, unprofessional, undisciplined, chaotic mess. Is how I would describe our stay. Overpriced and definitely not worth the trouble. Only financial compensation would appease me.

  : We loved Lilian in the restaurant! She made us feel like we were right at home and took great care of us :)
  : The rooms were very outdated, dingy, dark and dusty

  : Looks very old with worn out towels, bath tapware falling offFood buffet isn't great though hearty, coffee is extra, have to queue at reception every morning for your "breakfast voucher"Staff isn't well trained (no interest in helping when needing an adapter, messes up checkout so I had to go twice)

  : We turned off the air conditioner, but the room was always too cold. The shower was weird—sometimes too cold, sometimes too hot—making showering unpleasant. They do not have a kettle for hot water or a laundry service; they only have dry cleaning, which is also expensive.
