Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Sextant Management will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned
within 72 hours. Please note guest credit card and ID must match the details on the reservation. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in.
Guests may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal
