  : the location was great however we were deceived in the booking that the room has a balcony and didn't have one. also the pictures showed a kitchen and the studio did not have a kitchen.
  : we were deceived in this stay with the images. i wrote to you guys and no reply, so the stay has had may inconveniences. for one the booking had images of a balcony and kitchen... this is an extension of the apartment next door where you can hear everything through the bedroom door. last night the tenants I the apartment played music super loud... I asked them to please lower the music... but shortly too after they raised the volume again and were singing really loud mariachis until 2 am. the lobby doesn't have us registered as guests so going up and down is a mission bc the owners of the apartment did not register us... I tried calling and texting the owners and they do not reply to my messages... I feel deceived by the listing as the listing didn't specify these details ad clearly show a balcony ad a kitchen... my reservation said apartment 1413. however when I arrived the owner send me the the apartment next door that is 1413B... WHICH I THOUGHT WAS SUPER SKETCHY ! BC MY RESERVATION SAID 1413... the apartment with the actual kitchen and balcony... its deceiving,.. they almost didn't let me use the pool too because the owners never registered us and it was a mission to get a pool pass... I really needed the kitchen to prepare my medications properly and this experience has bee very bad... from the loud music and hearing everything ext door because our room is an extension of the apartment I was to aware of... its literally a bedroom type door... I can hear them talk and cook plus the Lous singing and music last night is not ok when I am here for a work stay... on a business stay I do phone calls and online presentations this was to the right setting,... I only now saw all the messages you guys send me on my spam but would really like to make this formal email as to the entire stay if something can be done for all of the inconvenience... ca you please give us a credit or compensation for this cuz ow I dot eve trust using booking.

  : Nice view, clean and stylish room
  : I wish there was a better cooking space with maybe a hot plate. But there wasn’t any way to wash dishes easily either. The walls were so thin I can hear someone cough in the next room
