  : Denise the manager was great and nothing was too much trouble. There's a free breakfast which was a good surprise. The room was clean and well equipped, the pool was clean and there were plenty of places to sit in the sun.
  : A bit of a mix up with prebooked taxis but apologies given right away. The TV in the room was broken and took a couple of goes to get it fixed but wasn't a big issue. It's a bit remote for tourists and more info on the free trolleys would have been useful but we got there in the end!

  : The hotel staff were all working hard.
  : I had the worst hotel experience in my life. After checking in, I headed to my room, and the TV was on, and used towels and drinking glasses were left there. At first, I thought I was given the wrong room, so I asked the front desk, but they said that was the right room. They also said that there were no other rooms, so that was the only room I could stay in. They said that they would give me a discount because there were no staff, so I had to clean and make my bed myself. I couldn't believe it. I was exhausted in the middle of the night and went to the hotel to rest, but I didn't expect to have to do heavy work at that time. First, I had to clean, change the bed sheets, and go to the front desk to get towels. It was a really unbelievable experience. Even though I had such a terrible experience, the discount was negligible. There were few staff at the breakfast corner and the front desk, the elevator was broken, so I think there were many problems with the operation. The staff was really working hard, but it seemed like they were too short-staffed to run the place well.

  : Its super clean and quiet. Most of the staff is friendly. Close by to many restaurants and stores.
  : The pool closes early, 8pm. And in our room the A/c wouldnt go below 73 degrees Fahrenheit.
