  : Nice apartment, great location and comfortable. Highly recommended. Near nice bar and restaurants and supermarkets.
  : Only issue is to get the exact address of the property is a mystery until last minute check in. In some countries it is necessary to make additional information before traveling . also , we use to get familiarized with the area before arriving.

  : Once we smelled dog pee in elevator and once we saw actual pee on the floor. :-( And huge disappointment was apartment’s dirty floor when we checked-in. Towels were worn out. We didn’t do enough research on location, I would say it’s not family friendly with little kids. But this is not why I am giving bad review. It’s cleanliness of the apartment and it’s condition. Worn out towels, walls looked like need some fresh touch of paint. Ceiling was not finished but we knew that when we were booking it. Over all not happy with apartment and host service.

  : The building's facilities. (pool, bbq area, playground, etc.)
  : The service was the worst ever seen. The apartment had a water leak and the support team simply didn't care. Because of the water leak inside the apartment, the carpet in front of our door was always wet and the building's maintenance team had 2 big fans running 24/7 during the first 10-12 days of our stay, making a very laud noise and making our stay extremely uncomfortable. It was a challenge every night to put my child in bed, and both my wife and I barely could work and take calls. The management company doesn't want you to use the building's staff for anything, everything must be done through the "city hero"(support person assigned by SoBeNY). I reached out to the the "city hero" the day after checking in asking for help with the noise and got no answer. The third day I found the source of water leak in the A/C room and sent pictures to the "city hero" and his manager, asking again for help to solve the situation... but no answer.It was not until the 10 days after checking that I decided to show someone from the building's maintenance team the water leak issue (team unrelated to SoBeNY), and they fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. They told me they needed to keep the fans running in front of my door one more day to finally dry the carpet out, but they needed to put a dehumidifier machine inside the apartment because the levels of humidity were too high. This machine also made a significant amount of noise, and this time it was inside the apartment. Once again, I asked the "city hero" manager for help because it was impossible to enjoy the last part of our stay like that, but once again no answer. It was such a waste money, time and effort. Parallelly, when I initially booked the apartment via Booking.com during mid-April, I booked 2 apartments and had to cancel one of them. The refund was due 30 days after the cancellation but wasn't received until 60 days after
