  : The property needs updating and is dirty. Grease all over the dishes and pans and bathroom needs cleaning. Its a shame really as the small complex is clean and well kept

  : The information about apartment available on booking.com is misleading: it says that it has 50 m2 whereas in fact it is only 29.2 m2! The apartment urgently needs refreshing and a thorough cleaning. Very poorly kept, dirty walls, dirty furniture in the kitchen ( everything inside and outside covered with greasy dust) and worn out. The frying pan burned and unusable. Aged and stained sheets and towels ( the towels were not properly dried and were stinking). The shower was dirty tils and joints are covered with black mould, and clogged it was leaking to the floor. The door of the cupboard under washbasin broken. Dirty curtains. Kitchenware was outnumbered and disparate. No heating!!!!!! (I was there in December/January) They charge extra for the cleaning and it is not properly cleaned!

  : The good things of this property was the location, the tv, internet, hot water, clean towels.
  : I paid a cleaning fee of 60 for an apartment that clearly had not been cleaned. I didnt like the dirty rooms, broken balcony furniture, the lack of sun beds, no air con rooms far too hot, no safe, broken and dirty crockery and saucepans. Dodgy kettle and electrics had to hang a towel up to block off the strobing lights in the kitchen even though the electric was turned off. I was concerned of the safety of the electrics. I was also concerned because the safe wasnt working, I like to have my valuables locked away. There wasnt any information about the amount of steps up to the apartment.

  : The property has a lovely view. Good Wifi, Washing machine Fridge kettle Coffee maker. Well stocked cupboards, Tin/bottle opener, plenty of pots and pans, china etc. Spare towels including beach towels. Also pleased to discover washing up liquid, kitchen roll and cleaning materials. Good shower and plenty of hot water. Good wardrobe and hanging space, bedside lamps. Lovely walks along the Broadwalk with a selection of bars and restaurants and the sound of the sea to lull you to sleep.
  : Matress on single bed, saggy and uncomfortable, hole in plaster. Skirting boards dirty in lounge bedroom etc. Broken towel rail fell off every time you hung a towel. No plug in the kitchen sink. Cushions on sofa/bed don't sit where they should so large uncomfortable gap. Siding door latch to balcony broken on left side so we could easily slip it open after manually lifting the blinds, made me a little uneasy being on my own. The major drawback is that from the front entrance where you arrive (it is almost at the bottom of a hill) then you and go through the codded entry gate, it's step after step down and around the building, then up two flights of steps to the apartment. Exhausting. Probably okay if you are fit and not in your 70's trying to lug suitcases up and down. It wouldnt be a problem. There are no shops on this side of the motorway. According to my fitbit, it's 7,204 steps up hill across the footbridge to the closest shop. Bus stop by the footbridge.

  : Fantastic location, front line view of the ocean. Good internet.
  : The patio doors to the balcony did not lock. This was reported on arrival. Despite that, it wasnt until day 3 ( we were only there 4 days) that the cleaner came to look at it. She couldnt lock it either and her response was its always been problematical. This needs to be addressed as we did not feel safe there. Insufficient bed linen. We had requested 2 sets of sheets as we were friends travelling together and utilising both beds. Only 1 set of sheets were in the property and again it took several emails and 3 days before the second set was delivered. We found the apartment dirty, especially the crockery which cannot be washed thoroughly as there is no sink plug. Overall, this property lacks care, cleaning and attention which is such a shame as with a little time and effort, it could be made into a wonderful place to stay. Sadly in its current state, it is not.
