  : The staff gave the impression that we, the guests, bother them.The check-out was too early (10 am).The first day the breakfast was extremely poor (when we tried to get scrambled eggs, we were told that they would make some tomorrow! That was at 9 am & the breakfast was supposed to be served until 9.30 am), there was no fruit, and only a few leftover pieces of vegetables. The next two days, it improved, but still, all was in very low standard (no local produce, honey from the supermarket /on the jar it said it contained honey from Czechia, Uruguay, Spain, Mexico!/, although there are local beekeepers from whom local honey could be purchased, jam - only one sort and of the cheapest possible kind - obviously not very good, except for this nothing for vegans, very poor bread - the supermarket kind), a limited choice of tea (e.g. only upon request, 1 sort of herbal tea was provided).No room service - which in itself is not a problem - but the reason given was that they do not change towels because they are environmentally-friendly; this was the only area in which that was the case, as the liquid soap in the rooms definitely did not rise to the environmentally-friendly standards at all, again, it was the cheapest of produce that can be found on the market. In the kitchenette, the detergent was also of a conventional, environmentally-unfriendly kind, just as the detergent that was used to clean the tables with in the breakfast room. Not to mention that the bedsheets were infested with a very artificial stench of a washing powder or fabric softener.The first morning we were woken up at 8 am by a loud knock on our door & we were asked if we wanted a new roll of toilet paper! (They could have easily left it behind the door and not bother us.) No Please do not disturb tags were provided for the door.The hotel was full of warning signs as to what was / was not allowed & how guests were supposed to behave.

  : Very good location. We choose it as a one day stop on a trip to Dolomites,Italy. Breakfast was really good. Tried to rebook on a way back but we were surprised by price increace. Free parking
