  : I liked that the rooms were themed and that the hotel was quirky. The staff were super friendly and it was clean
  : I understand there was building work going on whilst I was staying there and made aware of this from others reviews, not directly from the hotel. However when standing in the bathroom, I opened the window and you could slide the cover from the outside, so if there were workmen outside they could just slide the shutter and see you in the shower or on the toilet. The football room we had was quite dated compared to some of the other rooms photographed online. I didnt like that you had to give the key to the room back to reception everytime you entered and exited and the storage space for bags wasnt secure

  : The staff were friendly
  : Very dated overall, breakfast was limited and was not replenished in the morning (so you had to deal with scraps if you arrived at 9.30), shower knob was missing and then didn't work at all (so i was left with water that was boiling hot that I couldn't shower in).

  : for a 4 stars hotel, it was terrible to say the least, rooms were super dirty, not cleaned for days maybe, there was a lot of dust, we were 3 people, super small room, the beds were terrible to say the least, the duvets smelled old, the bathroom was old the glass of the bathtub was broken, it does not deserve even 1 star for the amount we paid for our stay! The only thing, if I can call it good, was the TV because it was smart

  : The staff at the reception is fantastic. Kind, professional, always available with a smile. The staff makes the difference
  : The property is under renovation. Scaffolding outside and you can see that part of the rooms are renovated while other are worn out

  : 1. Great location for MiCO congress centre. 2. Friendly and supportive hotel staff.
  : 1. Noise from the elevator, inner courtyard and nearby rooms. 2. The hotel is getting old and would need some refreshment, elevators need an update - can be scary.
