  : Nothing. Everything was terrible. The owner tried to fraud us(he charged reservation before it was mentioned in the apartment and did not want to let us into the apartment).
  : Dozens days before our arrival, the owner asked us for number of our credit card because of pre-authorisation. After that, he asked us for pictures of credit card and ID - cards of persons who will be in the apartment and asked also for my digital signature that I use for credit cards, under remark that he will not let us into the apartment if we do not do that, which is not mentioned in terms and conditions of reservation and also it is against the law. We called Booking.com because of it, and the owner dropped out of that request. He charged reservation 7 days before our arrival, even it says in terms and conditions of reservation that reservation will be charged at the day of our arrival. When we came in front of the apartment, no one waited for us, did not answer to our calls and did not leave us the keys and code of the apartment. After hour and half of waiting, calling Booking.com to contact owner and warn him that we will contact the police, the owner finally arrived. When he arrived, he dropped off tho the another apartment. We had a pram at balcony because of construction works on facade, kitchen did not have dinner set(spoons, knifes and forks) and we got towels and sheets in bag.

  : Very good property.its very clean and comfortable.Close to the Affori chentro metro station and Essulunga supermarket. Overall its good experience for our family.

  : The noise of the air condition is very very loud, can not use it during the night. so very cold in the winter night. the bed is not ready when we arrive, and the towel is wet. the wifi is not really usable, it kind of shared wifi, and we lost connection for 2 min for every 5 min usage. and it's not available in the last 2 days. also, the host asks credit card photo, a copy of the id card and your signature. seems not really secure.

  : Good location near the metro. Good bathroom and shower.
  : Host difficult to contact until the day before arrival which caused some anxiety, not great at answering questions. Broken extractor fan in the living room (next to sofa bed) results in cold and noise from the street entering the room and an uncomfortable sleep if you are in this area. Main bed uncomfortable. Some 'extra' bedding was dirty and stained. WiFi information not left - had to contact the host to get basic information and then it was very intermittent/not always working. Numerous keys and not particularly user friendly for entering/leaving the apartment. Wouldn't recommend, the flat needs some more attention. Asked for extra bedding but the message wasn't responded to until late the following day and by which point we were no longer at the apartment, it was left in a nearby shop which closed before we could uplift it. Overall poor communication and poor apartment.
