: The apartment is clean and stylish. I felt very comfortable and had access to all the basic creature comforts. Kitchen appliances worked well.
: Picking up the keys involved logging into a strange (and buggy) online service. I did not enjoy snapping pictures of my face and ID in the rain outside a random supermarket (apparently the keys were inside - something that was not explained clearly) and then walk multiple blocks to the apartment.

: The communication was terrible with the host, they charged us 90 euros extra and did not want to give us access to the apartment without paying first. They shut the phone in our face then turned it off. We were forced to pay as we had no other place to stay and it was a non-refundable reservation and still had to wait for over an hour to have access to the aparment since they were not answering our calls, texts or emails. WE had to call Booking.com customer service 3 times (on international calls) to have access to the place.

: Location was good.
: There is no parking at all. The place advertises parking, but all the spots on nearby streets are for residents only. The staff isn't helpful in this matter. When I asked for advice, they didnt even tell us of any nearby parking options like garages or so. When we arrived, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, and also the kitchen is not that greatly equipped.

: spaces, comfortable, design furniture.
: The ACs do not work. We tried all the modes, probably their were run out of gas. there were some hairs on the bed. there weren't enough glasses. there weren't enoght chairs, one of them was broken and another one was a wood box. the table is really small for the amount of people that fits in the appartment [5 bed places 2/3 person table]. the real state only replied messages of their interest (like checkout hours) and doesn't answer messages related to the AC that wasn't working, the broken chair, etc.
