  : I spent 2 nights in the middle of July. The price was good for the kind of accomodation (about 85 per night) and room; it was big and confortable, no very noisy despite it was close to the university . Even contactless check-in was very efficient and easy to follow. I appreciated free water, coffee and snacks

  : The place is super clean, comfortable , very good equipped.., near to Milan metro., the team and other public transportation .. the staff is very pleasant

  : The room was very clean and homely, even had a nespresso coffee machine. Thr facilities were excelent and location ideal, close to a metro station and the tram.The service was particularly excellent, always with a smile. The manager Armando was very helpful and accommodating, truly felt like a guest rather than a customer.
  : Soundproofing was not ideal, but even for that, good ear plugs were provided.

  : Lovely clean room with a courtyard, the snacks and coffee were a lovely touch and the host was very helpful.
  : Location wasnt the best with not a lot of places to eat close by and didnt feel super safe at night. The shower was also very small.

  : well located - 5 mins walk from regional rail services and metro at Lambrate. has air con. good sized room/bathroom for city.
  : Shower base tiles were in need of repair so covered with dirty rubber shower mat that we cleaned /rinsed ourselves. cushions above bed were dusty. There is a communal area downstairs that is indicated to have quiet time from 10pm however there is no one on reception at this time to ensure this occurs so can be noisy at night when staying on 1st floor. Just to be aware that tram passes regularly outside apartment and is noisy. We had read from reviews that this was the case so we were prepared for it.

  : The beds are quite comfortable. The staff was kind and friendly. Check in and out worked flawlessly. Coffee and tea were available in the room.The room seemed clean
  : It's quite noisy in the rooms. The pictures are misleading as the kitchen can not be used. The water pressure was extremely low in the shower. The first day some warm water came out after around 20 minutes. In the following days the water stayed cold, which combined with the low water flow made showering very unpleasant. In the end we used the cattle to heat up some water to shower. It was not possible to heat the room.

  : The property was clean and the room was a nice size. The decor was modern and there was not carpet on the floors
  : We had very low water pressure in the shower. I took cold showers two of the night out of the 3 we were there. No hot water for showers was a problem. The neighborhood does not have many restaurants or cafes close by, mostly apartments , train station, metros, and trams in the area.

  : Air freshner made the room smell funky but once we removed it, it was better. And you could hear a lot of noise through the rooms from the downstairs area.
