  : I had to check in at a specific time because the staff was not always available.

  : The 2nd floor apartment was on a streetcar route so got us to the centre quickly. But, the bedroom faced the street which became party central at night so was quite noisy.
  : The kitchen was not very well equipped and I couldnt get the induction cooktop to work. My questions about using the cooktop or how to open the washer door got no replies. The only information in the unit involved the sorting of waste. The drying rack was broken or impossible to set up properly for use. I got no response when I sent a message saying we had no hot water for several days so had to take COLD showers. Finally on the third day they sent someone to fix the problem. The shower was hot but not a great spray on it. The final big frustration was the check out process. We were given 3 keys: for the apartment, main entrance and exterior gate. The main entrance door was heavy and slammed shut when released. All 3 doors needed a key to get in or out. To check out we had to leave the key on the kitchen table and send them a picture for proof. However, you need all the keys to get out of the building. Luckily there were 2 of us so I held the doors open on the ground level while my husband returned the keys to the apartment. I dont know how a single person would manage to check out on his/her own. Of the 5 places we rented during our holiday this was the worse experience. It wasnt worth the frustrations involved.

  : The location advertised a balcony , which had none. Had a window that opened, not a balcony. The shower was clogged and would not drain. GROSS!!!!!! The owner was very rude , wanted an exact time we would be at the apt. I couldn't give her that because we were traveling on bus and on foot to reach the apt. The apt had left over items from the previous tenant. gross!!!!

  : very noisy outside because of trams and people walking y at all hours of the night. the air conditioner wasnt work properly which, so we had to keep the windows open which made the noise even worse
