: We were calling several times before check in and no one responded to guide us neither via mail nor on telephone. Also I am sending mail for my Invoice/ Bill which I need to submit at my business , but still no one responded.

: First thing, we had to call booking and pay an international call fees to find how to get the apartment keys because we spent many days trying to reach them by calling and by email but no answer. The apartment area is NOT safe at all, while unloading our luggage from the car ,my son's bag ( which has all his id's and bank cards) was stolen in less than a second .The apartment pictures and description shown in booking say an apartment with living room but actually there wasn't, apparently they rebuild it to be an extra room. We booked this apartment because it has enough rooms for us but 2 room ACs was not working at all, we called/text/email the office but no luck ,later they instructed us by WhatsApp to turn off/on some electricity switches!!!! We spent whole night working for them!!! We ended up moving heavy mattresses to the other rooms. We called them every day to fix the ACs but they just promise to fix without action.One room AC was stand AC with to the street air hose which was so noisy. cockroaches was everywhere in this apartment. ACs ,under beds were full of dust and dirt lint which makes it difficult to breath, I start taking cortisone pills second day.Our stay was COMPLETELY awful, regreetable, uncomfortable.

: The apartment is great, clean and comfortable. The casa da suite team was very kind and helpful we had a pleasant time there. Metro and also parking nearby , many great restaurants within 10 min walk.
: nothing bad to say about the apartment, just watch out if you come by van , park in a secure space, better to pay for a spot that is away from the public.
