: Coffee was fantastic. The 3 children loved the hot chocolate available. Breakfast was good. At other Hampton Inn & Suites they offer strawberries in syrup for waffles that we like. Glad to see mini choc chips available this year. My special requests were satisfactory met. Personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Smoking area was clean and comfortable.
: I was disappointed the whirlpool wasn't operating. The pool temperature was too warm. The laundry area was very messy as someone had washed and dried clothes with tissue type paper and it was all over the floor. This caused a great deal of lint to be left on my load even though I wiped out washer beforehand. I asked for one-hour late checkout and when I received email of invoice it looks like I was charged extra. I wasn't aware this was the policy, or I would not have requested this.
