  : The hotel location was great and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functioned well. AC was good and the use of shutters. It was very helpful to have a fridge
  : We didnt understand about the cash visitor tax and our booking confirmation indicated it had been paid. This led to a difficult conversation on arrival, late at night and after very many hours on a train. We upset the night person and they upset us - this could have been avoided with clearer booking confirmation details

  : The room was very spacious and beds very comfortable. We liked tha atmosphere staying on the 3rd floor under the roof.
  : The staff was unfriendly, and getting to the 3rd floor with luggage and no elevator was challenging, with no help offered. I don't know what the walls in that place are made of, but you can hear your neighbors as if they are in your room. Our neighbor was snoring the whole night... Not his fault, but if you are a light sleeper, that's not a very pleasant thing. When you leave the hotel, you have to leave the key at the desk. We went to the theater and were worried about getting in later at night, but there was no problem with that. Not a very nice part of the city either, we chose it because it was easy to get there from the central station, but in fact, getting there by metro was quite uncomfortable - a lot of stairs and walking under the ground. We went back to the station by bus, which was better.
