  : Staff was nice and helpful and the hotel is in a convenient location in Milan. The room and hotel was very clean and overall quiet.
  : Only one pillow on the double bed and it was really hard, not the most comfortable to sleep on. Unfortunately, internet did not work during the night I stayed there.

  : I spent just one night in Serio Hotel. I've appreciated reception and silence during the night. The hotel is practically on the bus stop of line 1, the famous tram which connects to the centre of Milan, and offers a 24hours service at the entrance. I didn't try breakfast or other services
  : I would consider only the room price, I think overbudget for 2-stars hotel, but given the overall increase in price for accomodation in Milan I can't just say it was the best for quality and price

  : Some hairs found on bed and in bathroom on arrival. Very small bathrooms. Hotel has very thin walls and doors - both nights another person could be heard speaking until early hours or morning on loudspeaker to someone. Attempted to call reception but the room phone was broken. Trams can also be heard passing the hotel through the night and day. Cleaners heard very loudly in the morning and banging doors.
