  : Not much to be liked in this apartment, except the location, which is central, close to public transportation.
  : The main problem is the noise. The apartment is directly on the Corso Magenta. With tramways, car alarms, trafic etc.. it is nearly impossible to spleep. The service is also sub-par. We had asked and paid for the sofa bed to be prepared and it was not. Apparently the maid was sick that day and she could not be replaced, we wondered if the apartment was cleaned before our arrival. Communication with the property management was very difficult. They require a cumbersome online checking process and communicate only through emails, most of which are AI generated and not helpful. When we needed an answer on where to find sheets because the bed was not ready, they were not answering the phone and when they finally did, they were speaking only Italian. The apartment is also very poorly equipped. The coffee machine and the microwave cannot be plugged-in, they seem to be there for decoration purposes. There are no toileteries in the bathroom. They generously provided a minuscule piece of soap for 3 nights 2 bedrooms.

  : Location was great! The house was pretty from the outside
  : Check-in was a nightmare, we didnt get the code, the same for the neighbour, couldnt get into an apartment paid for. The customer service did not answer phone or messages, but before and during the stay we got 17 emails, all with exactly the same message from the company that owns the apartments. The beds are not comfortable, there were one roll of toilet paper for 4 nights, washing machine and dishwasher but no detergent
