  : Do not be fooled by the pics of this apartment The reality is quite different. It's poorly maintained and very unclean. Complete lack of basic emenities. Not enough bedding for the number of people on the booking.Window shutters broken and do not pull down or close. Unable to darken room at night.Aircon in main bedroom didn't work properly One aircon unit without remote controller.One aircon unit didn't have any batteries in controller.Contacted the rental company for help with shutters. They acknowledged my request and then just put the out of office reply on when I contacted them again. They never contacted us to help.

  : Location is really good, near the Duomo but away from the crowds. Staff were really helpful when contacted.
  : There is a lot of noise from the roads - trams, buses and a lot of emergency services go by with loud sirens. The windows don't block any sound from the outside

  : My entire family came up in itchy red spots all over our bodies-from bed bugs. This is NOT a clean property by any stretch of the imagination. We even got red spots on our eye lids!

  : The property was close to the Duomo, shops and restaurants as well as a grocery store. Its in what seems as a business building so it took a bit to find but once we were in it was great. It was clean and comfortable and worked for our family of 6. Even though it was on a Main Street we werent bothered by noise from the street.
  : Had some issues with the blinds and didnt receive any response back from the property owners when we reached out to ask how they worked - we didnt want to break them.
