  : Perfect location, ideal for a short time in Milan as room is not big at all but you get what you pay for. Self check in was very easy. Communication via WhatsApp with the staff was great and they always got back within an hour or so (if not instantly).
  : We had issues with the Aircon - on arrival we turned it on and it cut out within a couple minutes. Read the instructions but nothing worked. Staff came and fixed the issue and told us they had emptied the water. Same issue when we returned, staff told us to empty the water again although we had only been running the aircon two minutes before cutting out?? Couldnt work out how to empty water and explained to them there must be a fault as weve barely used it. They came round again and said they emptied water again, same issue when we tried using it again. My point is - the aircon is clearing faulty and I dont think theyre planning to upgrade any time soon. You can also see it is covered in mould inside.Although you dont hear any of the street noise which is fabulous for how close you are, there was a bit of noise coming from the apartments around the courtyard, particularly one night when a party took place until around 2am with shouting and fireworks. There is a vent from the room to the outside where the party was happening, as well as thin windows - the party might as well have been in the room (no sleep was had that night) understand this couldnt be helped by the property management but something to be aware ofBooking.com lists toiletries in the property details, this includes one bar of soap in the bathroom. Do not expect shampoo, shower gel, etc.Coffee making facilities include 2 pods (we stayed for 4 nights)All in all VERY basic but served a purpose and staff we helpful.

  : Location was very practical and nice because it was in a place that was very accessible to the nightlife of the canal but we didnt hear the noises once in the room
  : Bathroom lacked rangement, only had the sink and no shelves to put things on which got annoying and messyHumidity in Bathroom so paint was chipping of wallNo possibility for "lamp dambiance" like a cozy small light do only had big lights (there was a cute can light in kitchen but did not limonade enough at all so was very decorational and not practical)Air conditioning was leaking heavily
