  : My goodness, what a view! It was fun, in a very loose sense of the word, getting there via all those one-car-wide, winding roads, but the view was worth it. I do not believe we could have been any closer to the volcano of Etna unless we wanted to live on the actual volcano, which I very much did not.The hotels terrace was where we spent most of our time, but the rooms had all the expected facilities. One could argue that it was a no-frills kind of accommodation, and that perhaps things like the mini-fridge, that could have been working a bit better, were letting it down, but did I mention the view? One had no time to complain. There was the view to admire.Also, we absolutely stuffed ourselves with the breakfast: fruits, fruit salad, pastries, cold plate, cereals, yoghurt - as non-Italians, we still cannot subscribe to the caff e cornetto mini-breakfasts, this was much closer to what wed expect to eat in the morning.Word of caution-cash payment expected. We did not realise.

  : Nice garden, nice room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. As I thought I paid the room in advance (I always do), I left without the payment. The owner solved it in a friendly and decent way (payment by PayPal).
  : Location was hard to find for me. Communication was pretty tough. TIP: if a client arrives, please ask him/her to pay for the room directly. So not afterwards.

  : The place is beautiful and peaceful stunning views. A good place to stay if you really want to zone out. You really must have a car to get here. Especially if you intend to go elsewhere. If you are good with basic and want to be off the beaten track this is the place for you.
  : The adjoining room to the main bedroom had no A/C. And the bunk bed was rather unsteady and not so comfy.. Breakfast was very basic and poor. Very much sweet based. No toast or bread as such.

  : We stayed here for one night before heading to Etna the next morning which is under an hour away (45 mins away). There seemed to be ample parking. The room was clean and basic. The mattress was comfortable enough (subjective) and they had an extra pillow and blanket. The breakfast was continental and did the job. Lorena, who was the host, was excellent. She answered any questions we had and was very quick to respond. She was very friendly and flexible as she served breakfast early as we had an early start. Great view from the breakfast area.
  : There isnt anything I can say which I didnt like.
