  : The location of the property was great. The home is located towards the end of a channel so there's not alot of traffic except on Saturday. The community boat slip is right beside of the house. So Saturday was busy.Kayaks and the canoe were great tools for entertainment.
  : The home appears not taken care of or well maintained. Vacasa advertised their cleanliness during this pandemic. However, fingerprints were on the doors. The interior walls need painted due to the dirt and marks. The furniture was in poor condition. Beds were uncomfortable. Upstairs full size bed had broken middle supports so bed sagged considerably. Middle support on sofa was broken so sofa set on floor in the middle. Water floats had holes. There were ants in the master bath. Movies were available but the DVD player did not work. The yard was mostly weeds.
