Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
Please inform Livingapple Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the property has no reception. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 22:00. From 22:00 until 23:30 late check-in costs EUR 70. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in is 23:30. Please note that gas, water and electricity costs are not included and will be paid according to consumption.You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 12 per person. Access to the Wifi network is free. For security reasons, authentication with your Facebook, Google or Twitter account is mandatory. Guests who does not have one of the previous accounts will not be able to use the free Wifi service.
