  : Checking in “after lobby hours” at 7 PM was a nightmare. I called twice the day before check in to let them know what time we would be arriving and to best understand the after hours check in process. During both calls, front desk workers said that our key codes and information would be at the security gate/check point for Sandestin. When we arrived, none of the security personnel had our name on their list. There was no one from Bay Club/VRI that we could get ahold of. The check in process took about two hours for security to finally find what we needed to get into our lockbox/room. *Recommendation for VRI: Just message the lockbox info and code to the person staying on the property or tell them what it is, instead of making it so complicated. It did not need to be that difficult. Otherwise, our stay was fine.

  : Pillow dirty, roll up couch mattress stains, chips found under the pillows of the couch, sand in the jacuzzi tub, luggage push cart about to break as it has a huge wobble, hand antibacterial lotion on third floor not working, construction waking me up early in the morning as they were working above my room, remote control for the tv barely working as you need to stay 2 feet from it. Maybe new batteries would be nice.
