  : The location close to the beach nice pools comfortable beds had all of the amenities that you would need. Quiet easy to sleep.
  : The check in desk was not helpful at all I had no clue where I was going or how to get there I had to ask someone who lived there who happened to be in the gym how to get to my room and thats how I found the elevator and how to get up to my room. I also did not like the price for two nights almost $1000 thats pretty high. Especially since the door to my room did not work to go out onto the deck. It was sealed shut because it was broken. And my toilet seat was falling off in my bathroom. Like literally falling off. Its a decent place but they are overcharging.

  : The unit we occupied is dated to say the least. Lamp shades are torn. Coffee pot warmer is rusted. Screen on patio door was barely hanging. Bathroom fixtures are old. Toilet wanted to keep running after flushing. Dryer door had to be slammed shut. There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE OWNER HAS PUT NO MONEY IN THIS UNIT FOR UPGRADES AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE IN MANY, MANY YEARS!!!

  : The property was great. After our stay, we left a nice note for housekeeping to please take all of the groceries that were left in the refrigerator and cabinet as they were unopened. Two days later we receive correspondence from the company saying we had damages there. They sent us staged photos of a pizza trail down a hall way, a full glass of orange juice poured on the kitchen counter, as well as Cheetos sprinkled all over the kitchen floor. Do better Edgewater- there were no damagesdone on our part

  : This unit is terrible! It must be a hundred years old. Cabinets and bathrooms need updating. Sofa bed was horrible, twin bed headboard wasn't attached to anything just laying there. The light on the patio was just missing totally.

  : Loves the location its right on the beach and you can walk to the win Dixie right across the street which is super convenient I loved Edgewater I would definitely stay again.
  : I didn't like how dated the unit was I felt like I walked into the 70s and I'm pretty sure all the furniture was from the 70s because everything was old and well used the master bed has a huge dip in it that was ridiculous there was no ceiling fans the lighting situation was horrible the lamps barely worked the TV's barely worked I talked to the unit manager about the tv not working told me she would send maintenance to come look at it never did so we didn't have the living room TV the whole trip which was inconvenient the plug ins barely worked you would have to look around the unit to find one that worked there was no broom and dust pan and the vacuum that was in the unit was so ancient and blew out dust the pictures in unit 1101 look beautiful but in person garbage looks like they didn't care about it at all any updates done was half done or looked like was self done all the paint was chipped or pealing on all cabinets and doors for the price I expected way more out of the unit I was very disappointed I would stay at Edgewater again but not that specific unit.
