  : The location was good. The room was nice. A great value for what we needed. A clean bed and a shower. We stayed on the beach. Perfect for my wife and I.
  : Low water pressure in the shower. It took 10 minutes to rinse off the soap and sand. I guess being on the 3rd floor may have been the cause.

  : I enjoyed the distance to the beach.
  : We showed an hour after check in to find someone in our room with no notification. The lady was checking on the fridge and had no idea anyone was given that room. I was offered a discount if I didn't mind the nose of the fridge. Which we accepted due to the short amount of time we had to spend at the beach. Us and others staying in different rooms had the water randomly cut off without any notice. Which was around lunch time. The floors were cracked and a huge spot in the wall had been patched along with other scrapes . And nail holes from where pitchers had been re'hung.... I did take pictures when I first got there so hopefully I won't be charged for that. Along with we had trouble getting in at one point and if your booking app doesn't work you're screwed .... called 5 different numbers and all where discontented. Oh and if you call the actual condominium they are no help either. Also note that the 1st half of the condo and sign are painted blue and ours was burnt orange . So that was confusing ....However maintenance & cleaning staff is amazing and super helpful! They didn't mind me stopping them in the hall's if I was in need of something. Them and the short trip to the beach is what kept me from giving a 1 star review.

  : the property was clean and close to the beach . We reached out the first day asking for the kitchen light to be fixed and extra blankets. No one came the next day. The team was responsive otherwise . the beach access is really nice and the pool was nice too .
