: Luau was located in a great area, safe, beautiful, and close to all of the things we were looking for. The best thing was the awesome pool and access to the beach.
: The refrigerator in our condo was not properly closing, therefore, not keeping things cold like we would have hoped. I wasnt able to utilize some of my groceries.

: It was a studio but a full size refrigerator , stove and I wanted to wash clothes in the unit would be nice.
: 4 min walk to the beach. The pool was great.. very pretty site.

: Once we got into the room it met minimal expectations.
: The 'private' beach was packed with people on almost every free foot of sand near the water. The room which was reserved was not available. It took hours to get into a room. Customer service immediately notified me, awkwardly, that we would have an "unpleasant conversation" before looking up my booking. Afterword, we spoke with multiple couples who had an identical issue. Unfortunately, one was charged an extra 200 for their room. We were charged extra for our room, too. The pool was ice cold--- during the height of tourist season! The drink area marketed on the site was not open. There was a dangerous balcony for young children. We no longer felt like vacationing due to all of the concerns. We only stayed for two nights of this nonrefundable booking, and the company did not take any responsibility for the demise of our vacation time. Not to worry, we have a lawyer who has a blast with such complaints. They will have to attend to this dispute & hopefully many others (until they become wise enough to service guests)!!!!
