  : The home is plenty spacious, clean, and only a few steps from the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay. A huge bonus was that each bedroom had its own bathroom.
  : In our previous stays in Florida the homes provided a few lounge chairs or umbrellas for us to take to the beach. This was not the case with this rental. We had to figure out where to rent chairs and umbrellas upon arrival. The master shower although very nice and spacious, must have been designed by a man because there was no ledge or bench to comfortably shave your legs.

  : Easy access to the beach and local restaurants and events to do for the kids. Place was clean.
  : Let me start by saying, I've booked many other places that are managed by Vacasa: Hawaii (Maui and Kauai), LA, Portland, Texas) and all of those were pleasant. Any minor issues we had were addressed and permanently fixed within 24 hours. This location is the worst I've stayed in by far. Most places have at least one extra paper towel for the kitchen and soap for the washer; nothing of the sort. And to add to it, The fridge of the refrigerator was leaking upon arrival with a whole puddle of water on the floor. Even after a maintenance guy coming (which Vacasa told us was a reported problem 4 times over) and addressing, still leaked so we had to leave a towel underneath it to soak up water so we wouldn't slip and fall. The dryer had an obstruction so didn't dry any clothes or towels at all. Maintenance guy told us he requested to have a local person come clean the dryer shute to clear the obstruction; that never happened so useless to pack just enough clothes to wash. We had to go purchase more clothes. The AC although Vacasa provided us a code to control it, was locked and we were unable to adjust ourselves. The owners had full control of the temps of the AC and only adjusted it after 3 days of us complaining of the heat. The lower bedroom power popped on the breaker after using a hair dryer and was never fixed for us for 4 days of our 6 day trip/stay. That room with no fan was unbearable to sleep in. No light or power, so we had to move everything to the main area to charge our phones, watches or use hair dryer/straightener. Although Vacasa advised us to check the breaker box to fix it, the box was locked. They have obvious issues that the local property owner is unwilling to fix or address. Please do yourself a favor and book another property whose owners are more invested in making their property an enjoyable stay. We got a 10-15% refund for our stay because of the inconveniences.

  : Large living area and bedrooms. We had plenty of space and loved the location. Pool was right by the condo which was perfect for our kids!
  : Fridge did leak while we were there however they came the next day to repair. Otherwise everything was great!
