  : Friday they had a bonfire on the beach and the beach service (umbrella & 2 chairs) was nice. I liked being just across the street from the beach and was able to go back and forth to the room easily.
  : Booking and vacasa resorts don't talk to each other. We got multiple calls from multiple people about the same thing and they were upset that we were traveling and didnt have immediate access to our booking information. Also, check in times on booking are not accurate as there is a front desk you need to check in with to get wrist bands and they told us they close at 5. 1 hour after the earliest you can check in 4.Our room was a mess and made the entire stay a disaster. Floors were dirty. Above the toilet in the bathroom the ceiling was falling in and molding. Paint wasnpealing in multiple spots. The door handle to the bathroom had a loose screw that if you weren't careful would cut your hand. The security lock on the main door was barely hanging on. Found the towel bar on the floor when we walked in. No cold water till day 3. The shower didn't drain. The dishwasher wasn't installed correctly and could tip out of its hole in the cabinets and fall on your foot. Luckily it didnt hurt anyone since we couldn't even use the broken unit and avoided it the rest of the trip. We got this unit because it had a kitchen we could cook in. Nice idea in theory but they could use a trip to goodwill. Basic kitchen supplies(cutting board, flipper, cups) were lacking. Also they only provided 2 towels/ washcloths for our stay. Ended up using the kitchen towels in the bathroom. All this almost made the wobbly bed and table/chairs seem goodd.Found all of this the first night when we checked in but had to wait till the front desk opened in the morning to report it. When we went down to get our access wrist bands and report the issues the first girl was nice and wrote down our concerns. The second lady blew us off and said they new about some of the issues but was not concerned about them. Though they would tell the manger. The manger did come up but we had to wait round a few hours for them.

  : Midway into the stay we saw roach bugs and the air conditioning was loud. Floors were dirty.

  : Our air conditioner was not working properly so our bedroom stayed between 74° and 76°. In the main area of the apartment, it stayed 72°.
