: We loved how clean and updated it was. You have everything there you need. It felt like home.
: The master bed seems a little old. You sink in to much in some parts of the bed. The only comfortable spot was in the middle. The master bath shower doesn’t drain well.

: No complimentary washer and dryer. TV Remote in master bedroom had no batteries and one of the lamps wouldn't work. Might have been a bad bulb. Not enough bath towels!

: The location offered parking that was convenient to the beach, and was very close to a private pool that my kids enjoyed swimming in. Super convenient to food options and grocery stores.
: While there were a couple of flat sheets available for the pull out sofa, there were no blankets in the condo aside from the thin blankets on the other beds. Nowhere NEAR enough blankets. We did try to come prepared with two blankets of our own, but we still ended up needing to purchase one from a local store. I have to say this was my first time vacationing somewhere that extra blankets weren’t available should they be needed. We were also surprised to find that it was $1.75 PER LOAD to do laundry (that’s $1.75 to wash, and another $1.75 to dry), and the washer/dryer are teeny. We spent nearly $15 on laundry while we were there. Glad I brought two rolls of quarters with us on a whim!

: The property was really nice, and very beach themed. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was a great space to gather with family, and the appliances were easy to use.
: The communication with the host was terrible. Two calls two Vacasa were over an hour each and tried multiple avenues to get our lockout resolved. The code did not work for us to check-in at 4, and the offsite office to help was closing just 7 minutes before we arrived to try to get our problem fixed. A third code was given so that we could finally check-in. The shower/bath did not drain well and held sitting water.

: Beautiful villa, close to beach. Quiet complex. Would definitely stay there again. Great central location to restaurants .
: No parking pass and took several calls and emails to finally get them on the 3rd day. Need to trash the game basket and start over, none had all the pieces so they couldn't be used.
