: The location of the guest house is in an area with a lot of peace and fresh air, the short distance to the thermal baths in the cave of Miskolctapolca to which you take an easy walk of up to 10 minutes, the hosts who prepared everything for a quick check-in without them being present, the garden next to where you can make a barbecue, you can eat or just relax. The apartment on the ground floor very spacious, clean, with two bedrooms (each with TV set), two bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen.
: Extremely small and very uncomfortable bathrooms, the bathroom door at the entrance rubbed the floor, opening hard and making a lot of noise, the closet in the hallway which seemed to be the place to store all sorts of things belonging to the hosts, 10 o'clock for check-out much too early especially when you have a child under 2 years old. Even an extra 30 minutes was not enough, which is why the lady in charge with housekeeping came over us, started working, visibly upset that we had not yet left the apartment. English is very little known by the hosts.

: Value for money. Flexible reaction of the owner. The owner provided list of suggested activities. Close to the thermal spa. Calm area.
: A bit smaller kitchen and dining area. At this floor of the pension are 2 rooms. I would suggest to rent the whole floor for 2 couples or a family. It is more convenient for both, as the other room has bathroom over the corridor an indeed it is not fully "sound proof".
