: Venko was so helpful and nice person. He shared all the information needed for boats and buses time and offered help to organize and reserve trips either to islands or Bosnia.I recommend and will be my first choice when I visit Dubrovnik again.

Wonderful

: Very friendly owners. Wonderful sea view. Equipment of the apartment.
: 250 Meters distance to the beach is not realistic from my point of view.

Very Good

: Vinko and Ines were warm and welcoming hosts and were on hand with advice and recommendations to make the most of our stay. The flat was spotless and is in an elevated position, so has a wonderful view over the bay. There are lots of steps down to the beaches, so you need to be quite fit! The flat is a few minutes walk from a lovely bakery and a small supermarket. We visited Cavtat and Dubrovnik by Uber, which was very reasonable for 4 of us, but there are also frequent buses and water taxis.
: There is one A/C unit in the living area. It's just outside the bedroom doors, so we kept the doors open at night to feel the benefit (it was exceptionally hot during our stay). There is some traffic noise from the nearby main road, but the view makes up for it.
