  : Nice new two bedroom townhouse with everything you can ask for. Washer/Dryer, all kitchen stuff you need (incl china and cutlery, even though they said in the ad that its not provided). Vacasa is doing a good job at stuffing the house with all necessities. King beds in both rooms are a big winner!!!! The townhouse is in a cul de sac with enough parking. It seems that all houses in this street are vacation rentals.
  : when the wind blows outside, there is red sand coming in through the left and right side of the entrance door and you need to keep the windows closed when its windy outside, otherwise fine red sand comes in. I assume this is a tempoary thing though as they are still building this development and once construction is finished, they have landscaping and no more sand. That said construction noise was not an issue, since these are townhouses and they were working a bit further down. Since I am a light sleeper, the regular truck traffic during the night on the road somewhat close by and that they use the engine as a brake, even though they are not allowed to do that was annoying. For that location, they should have installed better sound insulating windows. Then again, if you are from a city or not a light sleeper it wont bother you

  : Just 10-15 minutes from Moab town. Loved the clean and well appointed house. Vacasa rentals did a great job in informing us about what we needed to know before coming. Great kitchen size and appliances were included. The large TV and pull out sofa bed on the ground floor are amazing! Nice rooms upstairs and nice size bathrooms. This is a wonderful place to stay for friends/family. Very close to Arches and Canyonlands national parks.
  : The house numbers are hard to find in the dark, post sunset as construction is still going on and there are no street lights. The cleaning fee of $112 for 2 days is exorbitant!

  : The property was a great location. It was well stocked and had comfortable beds. The view of the snow capped mountains was a nice addition. We found two nearby restaurants-Susie's Branding Iron and Hidden Cuisine that were quite good.
  : We arrived late on Sunday, coming in from a late afternoon flight into Salt Lake City. When we went to turn down the beds, we found the sheets were covered with hair, suggesting that the sheets had not been changed. When we contacted Vacasa, we were told they could not get someone to bring us clean sheets. It was almost midnight. The company representative told us that we had a washer and drier and could wash and dry them ourselves. This was not the message we wanted to hear after traveling for about 16+ hours driving to the airport here and then catching the flight. We were returned a cleaning fee, but this was not what we expected nor wanted. The rental was about $400 per day and the cleaning fee was a small percentage of that. We simply expected someone could drop fresh sheets by that evening and we would have made the beds and been off to a strong, positive start. Fortunately, the views of the Arches, Canyonlands and other parks pushed the first night's events into the background.

  : Took several trys to get the code to work to unlock door, then it took several trys every time we left to lock door, as the knob was not secure. Nail sticking up near washer/dryer, dirty coffee cups in cabinet.

  : The address that you gave to us was not the address of the property. We spent a stressful couple of hours looking for the condo, calling Vacasa and then by chance, we found the manager who took us to the condo. We also had a problem with the television in one of the bedrooms. We called and no one was available. They were suppose to come the next morning but had other situations to attend to so told us they might be able to get to us by the end of the day. That did not happen. We were leaving the next morning so told them not to bother when they informed us that they would be working on a unit near us and could come by after that.
