  : The location is decent for city walking and near the Enzo Ferrari Museum. The staff was friendly. The weather was nice.
  : The room we booked was not available when we arrived. It took a good amount of time to figure out where to put us, and that resulted in two separate rooms with one key each only -- not ideal for a family with children. They offered us free parking and breakfast as a consolation prize. The hotel seems as if it has not been updated since the 1990s. There were ashtrays outside of the elevator which may have been an art installation, or a nod to the hotel's history, given that it is a non-smoking hotel. Back in the 90s, they must have gotten a good deal on several hundred pieces of the same art, because it was on every wall in the place. The only variation was that in some locations, the art was sun faded, so the colors were different. The air conditioning in our room was not working when we arrived, and the TV did not work. The WIFI was nonexistent. IF the network showed up on your phone, it did nothing to connect you to the internet. The bathrooms were tiny and showed their age. The plastic of the fixtures had yellowed, and there was crusty scum on the shower door. We were provided with two tiny bottles of shampoo. Though the packaging was identical, it appeared that one was refilled with pink hand soap. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I had a metal spring poking my back all night (impossible to sleep on my side, or I would risk bruising a hip) and a thin coverlet (approximately 30 years old) to keep me warm. Given that there was no entertainment in the room (see above), a comfortable bed would have been a welcome distraction. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and the coffee smelled and tasted very bad. There were no forks given. Literally. Not a single fork in the entire place.
