  : The staff is amazing. I stayed in this hotel 3 times with my family, and every single staff member deserves a 10/10 rating. Very responsive, polite, thoughtful. Congratulations on your team, truly special! Parking is super easy and convenient - a big plus in this part of Italy!! Highway connection is close. We like the breakfast. 2 good restaurants nearby (but make sure you have a booking and they're open!)
  : The hotel is starting from a bit of a disadvantage due to its location (industrial area, many workers during the day etc..it's next to an enormous shipyard), HOWEVER, this is all very clear and you definitely pick this hotel when you stop for transit reasons. I only rated the hotel 5 (fair) mainly because of the the rooms - which make up a big part of the experience at a hotel.. During my 3 stays here, I got 2 different rooms (stayed in the same one twice) - the rooms need a refresh of paint (big handprints all over the place, it overall destroys the work of the cleaning staff because the room doesn't feel clean with all those marks on the wall) -the shower setup is not the best (difficult to close shower doors, or the door even falling off its rails) - the light switches are made of that kind of plastic that becomes sticky as it ages - every time you press a switch it feels dirty, although it probably isn't - the floor is pvc sheet flooring, and it is sticky as a result, it also must be a nightmare to clean for the staff as hair sticks to it. Overall a poor material choice. I think all of the above are relatively cheap and easy to fix - especially a quick repaint every year or so, and a better shower setup would be wonderful. It would easily bump this rating of 6 up to an 8.
