: The soap smelled nice.... and the cleaner was friendly. The location suited me as it is close to the hospital. Reception provided the location of some nearby laundromats.
: There was a hole in the bedside table, the decorative vase was broken and glued, there were stains on the desk, the furniture on the terrace was faded, crusty and dirty - the sofa was broken - it's not like the picture. The wifi was intermittent. I had to contact reception several times about this, eventually locating the modem and rebooting it myself several times with patchy success (phone would join, computer wouldm't). I had to ask for a blanket and ask twice to get a receipt for my room.

: Leaving. This listing was a scam.
: Read the Google reviews, it turns out nobody was exaggerating. The hot tub is broken and does not heat, it is dirty, and jets only work in one out of four seats. Out of 4 guests, none of us were willing to actually get in the water.The wifi did not work. The mattress is cheap overly soft foam with no support. The AC is loud all night, the walls are very thin, and the shower drains very slowly. Check in took 30 minutes, plus an additional 30 as we had to drive with their staff to a secondary location to pay with a credit card.We asked if they could help us with wifi or the hot tub (the only reasons we booked this place) and were told that the hot tub is fine as is. They sarcastically asked if we were on vacation, or just in town for WiFi. They told us if it's not to our liking, just to let them keep our 80 euros and to find another hotel.The management has clear contempt for guests and is not able to provide the amenities they list. Run from this place.

: The person in charge collected the money only in cash and left. There was no toilet seat, this is not up to standard for this price. The person did not answer any more to my questions. Avoid this place
