  : Convenient location to most things in Monterey. Seems to be kept up well. Fresh paint, clean bath, comfortable bed. What you would expect. We were upstairs in a room with a share door, and I could hear a lot of noise from the room next-door, but things settled down after 10 o’clock or so. Overall happy.
  : Coffee maker in lobby not user friendly.

  : This is 3rd time I have stayed here because they have an indoor pool and hot tub so no matter what the weather, you can enjoy.
  : We got a room in a different location this time. The bathroom of the room next to us ran along our bedroom wall. We could hear people using the toilet. It was not horrible, but it wasn't pleasant either. Such an unusual arrangement.

  : The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The location was perfect for walking to get food and for entertainment. It was quiet and we were located towards the back.
  : We thought that the inn was closer to the aquarium that it actually was.

  : The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. They also loved the beautiful big shower in our room.

  : Location was excellent. Rooms were value for money, clean. Perfect for couple of nights stop over.

  : We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which was very clean and functional, we felt it had too much chlorine though that burned my familys eyes, we rented the Family Suite which had 3 queen beds, was very spacious and accommodating with plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. The housekeepers were very helpful and friendly when we needed more items. The location of our room #224 was perfect being a quiet spot away from noise in the back building. We had originally been reserved for next to the pool but checked in early and we were very happy with that room. Bathroom was not as clean as I would like.
  : I would like to see breakfast buffet be provided especially for those who rent a Family Suite or Any room with two or more beds suites. Also the bathroom and shower/Tub had previous guests hair that I had to clean before our family could shower. Housekeeping needs to be checked up on to make sure rooms are cleaned properly.
