  : There was someone at the property and I did not have to wait for them to help. I liked the easy check in process.
  : The shower was broken. I had to "take a shower" with a rag and the sink. The sheets were stained and smelled as well as the place. There was a couple arguing and as a solo traveler I didn't really feel safe. It was very sketchy. My peep hole on my door also had a piece of toilet paper.

  : I did not stay here. We immediately left after seeing the rooms. The building and rooms were so hot. It was unbearable. There was a stairwell completely covered with dirt. The entire building smelled. The attendant told me I would have to cancel on the app and I did but it never confirmed it and I still got charged. It took me an hour to find another hotel room in the area we needed to stay. I want my money back
  : What I didn't like is booking.com. It did not refund my money. I did not stay at this hotel. Why is there no help to get assistance to get a refund?
