  : This was a beautiful location but it is remote. There was some confusion regarding the availability of the restaurant, particularly for breakfast. The nearest market was not within walking distance and the apartment had no coffee at all even though there was a stove top espresso maker. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher soap. We ended up not preparing any food at all and were finally able to arrange to have two breakfasts and a delicious dinner at the restaurant. We were the only guests for the four nights we stayed. Samuel did give us a tour of the cheese making facility adjacent to the farm(extra cost), which we enjoyed. We appreciated the fan in the room and appreciated having our laundry done during our stay.
  : Even though there were screens on the windows, the apartment was filled with flies on our arrival. We requested some kind of spray or other means of dealing with them. We were finally provided with a fly swatter and ended up killing probably at least two dozen flies and seemed to eliminate the problem. Determined that they might have been coming in through a gap around one screen. But between the lack of access to the restaurant for breakfast and the flies, it was not a great start to our stay in Tuscany.

  : Location is great, in between of beautiful hills and nature. There is lovely local family restaurant at the side with a friendly lady.
  : The house is so uncomfortable, such a bad experience, with a bedroom in the upstairs, a dark crypt with no windows (two small 50cmx50 opening to the south) which means no daylight and sunlight in the bedroom. Whole bedroom smells like damp and mould. Before we go there weve called to ask if there is an airconditioning , the answer was YES. bur there is a central cooler and no airco, and it is in the kitchen area, far from bedroom and it couldnt even dry the kitchen areas air. We asked the owner in the second day to change our room and he said he doesnt have any available while Ive checked it through booking and it was one available in higher rate, so he didnt want to move us there. He offers us another room in our last night of stay but it was already too late. Ladies attention , there is no mirror in the house except the only one in the bathroom, no room cleaning service, and no hair or body wash in the bath. And last thing for the record , to arrive there you should drive in a dirt road for about 10 minutes.
