  : We have to changed the Bed sheets and pillow cases cause not clean at the arrival. Spider and spider webs at each corner of the living room and bedroom. A dog or a child was running every morning and night which was disturbing during the holiday.

  : Good located, the property look alright. The neighbourhood is good. Basic facilities where provided as discribed.
  : You need to sign 3 contracts, make 2 payments and watch 6 videos to be able to enter the property. The place seem set up buy a control freak. No nice. The heating was not working, I contacted them management through WhatsApp but they nevery came back to me.

  : The apartment was as well-located as we had hoped - just a few minutes from one tramline and close to others, as well as having the expanding number of Port Marianne eateries and two reasonable supermarkets on the doorstep. It is furnished and equipped to the highest standard and in a quirky style, but it is clearly now in regular use as a letting and there are a few resulting minor faults, The "concierges" from the agency were fantastic in sorting odd issues. The balcony is huge, and we paid for underground parking, which was ideal for access and space. Excellent WiFi once you have wrestled with the password!
  : Cleaning was not perfect! We didn't mind at all, but the nursery/primary school across the road is very noisy at the obvious times. We suggested a couple of very minor additions to the inventory! Otherwise nothing!

  : We didnt have hot water, so we were not able to take a shower for the whole stay. We called / messaged every day without any result. First two days, they didnt answer mail / phone call. we received very poor whatsapp messages without any help. Everytime we managed to contact someone, it was a different person who wasnt aware of the problem. The service was done by jobstudents. Terrible experience.

  : The AC is for decoration only and the owners dont seem to be interested in repairing it. Do not stay there in hot weather.

  : We liked that it was close to the tram, grocery stores, restaurants. Very walkable. It was clean, roomy and safe. Our contact person was as helpful as she could be. Very friendly.
  : At the last minute, we had to park about a block away and it ended up costing us twice what it would have cost had the original reservation for a parking space worked out. Also, we could not connect to Wi-Fi so I was not able to watch the videos or open some of the attachments that were sent to me on how to get into the building and apartment. It had been a very long day and we were stressed out about that. I guess you can't assume that everyone will have read the information prior to getting there or that they have internet connection.
