  : Beautiful location and gorgeous view from room overlooking lake. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Good food. Good parking.
  : Staff in restaurant lacked personality and no atmosphere in restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately no views either. Terrace for drinks was good though.

  : The building is old and facilities are old. When we step on the floor there is soundwe had dinner in the hotel restaurant, the food was disappointing for the price we paid.

  : The view from the rooms small balcony was stunning.
  : The hotel was not set up to handle the heat. Even though it was only mid to high 20s the rooms were far too hot for comfortable sleep or to sit in during the day. Fans were provided but were not a good solution. The hotel needs to invest in air conditioning with climate change. The lounge area was too hot to sit in during the day. We asked to be able to leave early a go to the mountains but no refund was offered. The picture of the hotel is not accurate in that it appears from the photo to be amongst greenery but is actually hard up against other hotels with a train track directly behind it and an expensive taxi or Uber from the station. The gardens are tired and poorly kept. The breakfast repeated every day and was boring after 5 days of the same food. The scrambled eggs and other hot food were generally cold. There was no make to order facility available. For a four star hotel at that price we expected a much better experience.

  : Everything the hotel is lovely, just as in the pictures, the room is very spacious, we got an upgrade with a view towards the garden and the lake which was wonderful. We look forward to coming again and enjoying this gem.

  : Staff was great, breakfast was very nice and view of the lake was wonderful but the room needs upgrades in flooring, damaged wood baseboards and floors, etc.
  : Paid for the extra roll away and it needed an additional mattress foam plus there were no sheets etc. The staff promptly brought everything to us and fixed the issue.
