  : I had a bed to sleep in, a shower (though loud and squealy) and air conditioning during the upper 90 degree weather which cared for the basic needs of the room.
  : We had to fix the toilet, the shower squealed, the bathroom light flickered badly enough to trigger a migraine, the bathroom door had to be shoved forcefully to open and close, the safe was out of order, the remote didn't work, no wifi, no breakfast though it was advertised, the pool bathroom door was broken, we had to get a separate key for the pool, and there was garbage and dirty socks under the beds. During the storm, water came into the room through the window. We had to use most of the towels to sop up the water on the sill and catch it before it went into the air conditioner. The lady at the front desk didn't seem to know what she was doing at all and just kept apologizing for taking so long to help.

  : Disappointed that the website says serving breakfast. Covid-19 had been lifted there for a couple of weeks. Too, no one answered the phone for requests and only one person there on duty. They really need more help. The garbage container when I arrived on Friday was overflowing, I mentioned to the desk person, and beyond overflowing when I left Saturday. Not good for the Covid-19 environment!!!

  : There was no breakfast , no pool and no hot tub .. we weren’t told any of this either .. the exit signs on our floor were broke and hanging down .. staff was nice
  : Tiny pillows. Elevator looked like something from a haunted house .. dirty, needed up keep . Paint , anything ..
