  : Property was really unique. Have horses and cool types of lodging
  : Poor staff were sick and understaffed. Horses looked healthy but also looked to be kept in pretty sad conditions of corrals and areas. Bathroom was Dirty in room. You can literally hear everything from the other rooms. No ac. Stayed in the lodge and there were no outlets for charging phones. Had to charge it in the bathroom. Not really worth the price but it could be with a little more effort. Might stay again due to the area and cost.

  : They need to provide a fly swatter in each room. On the way to the ranch, I received an email, and among other things, they informed me they are not a motel, but a ranch. At check in the front desk person, once we found it, was rude. The restaurant on site is closed. The one down the road was out of most items (all vegetables) and added a 20% gratuity to ALL checks. (Ie-an $8 beer cost $10). The water stained things yellow. We had to call the front desk the 2nd night and I was put on hold for over 10 mins. My husband called on the other phone and she answered. She said she would send over someone to fix the heat. We were able to correct the issue so when we called back, she hung up on ustwice!! Very poor experience. Not happy with that choice for motel.

  : Off season and we didnt know there was no horse wrangling in the morning. My boys were up at 6am to watch as the schedule in our room said and we were extremely disappointed when couldnt see the horses. Also there were dead bed bugs in the sofa.

  : View was great. The check in lady and check out man was super nice!!!
  : Food was super super overpriced (many people were mad) and huge service charges were added. Paid 3$ per water too. That started the evening offthen a dog with anxiety was locked in basement and barked for an hour..after calling someone came and left with the dog. The cabins are nice but the wall are so thin you can hear others cell phone calls. The faucet was almost ripped off. Imagine the fastest remodel job you can do!

  : Pretty much everything. Our cabin was dirty with black widow spiders in the corners and bathtub. They add on a 20% gratuity for everything, and you basically wait on yourself. This place stinks. Literally
