  : Hotel was a great location. 7 mins walk with kids to Plenney, 3 minutes to Super Morzine TC to take you towards Avoriaz. Located close to bus stop to take you in Les Gets and where the Geneva coach dropped us off. Hotel was great, owner and staff were brilliant and so helpful as well as fab with the kids. Had a TV room with Pool table and table football with Pingpong. Plenty of wonderful breakfast options hot and cold in the morning to suit all tastes. Just what you want to get you going in the morning.

  : Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice. Very helpful staff. Room was comfortable with beautiful views. Lovely homely feel to the place. Good sauna and games room. Cedric was so charming and helpful. What a kind warm hearted person! He helped our group with various issues and went above and beyond. The location is ideal. Very quiet but central to the town and close to the lifts. Bed was comfortable and the hotel is clean.
  : A member of staff was rude and had a poor attitude at check out. She was dismissive of the fact that they'd already charged me in full and tried to make me pay again. I was very calm throughout the interaction but she was unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable. It was a very frustrating experience. I just don't think she could put herself in my position as a guest. I showed her proof that I'd paid from a bank statement but she refused to check it in her system. She then insisted I send her further proof once I was home which I did. I'd like to think that this incident was accidental and that trying to charge me again was a genuine mistake on their part. It was such a shame as it soured my stay. Until this point, she was pleasant. Other things to note is that the water flashes very hot and then cold during showers, there is no lift so luggage is tricky to lug, particularly if you are on the top floor. Cedric was kind and helping as many people as he could though. There is no secure luggage storage if you're planning to leave later in the day on your final day. The TV in our room didn't work when we tried to see if we could put some music on via the TV.

  : Cedric was the best thing about this hotel. He runs the show, the bar. the breakfast, he is so attentive and friendly and nothing is too much work for him, he will exceed any expectations re hospitality. The nicest man and could not be more helpful and friendly, we would definitely come back because of him.

  : A small family-run hotel in a good location. Very good breakfast. Conveniently sized room for two persons. Good ski room. What stands out is the excellent staff - you have to be impressed with Cedric that was always present, positive and ready to help out.
  : The hotel will soon be needing some renovation. At least the room we had, and some common areas. It is clean and functioning but of quite old standard and a bit worn down. (You could also call it charming and retro. :)) Beds are a bit on the harder side but OK. Some parts had already newer standard, like the sauna.
