: The property is in a great location and wonderful views from the tiny balcony. Check in was easy and communication was very good from Erin who was very helpful.
: The size of the accommodation is tiny. We had two young children and it was doable with them but not suitable at all for four adults as its just too small to be comfortable. The main bed is a pull out sofa in the lounge, which isnt comfortable and we ended up bringing mattresses out of our van so that we slept better. We also ended up having lots of our utensils as it was lacking in those too. The apartment is so small that it gets incredibly hot and there is no fan available. The bed linen provided is clearly for winter use as it was so think, again we couldnt use it. Since moving on and renting a place in Les Gets we realised that this little place isnt great value at all.

: Location suited us perfectly as friends nearby Fabulous view from the big windows Prompt resolution of issues with missing 2nd set of keys, sheet that did not fit the bed & broken down heating. Lovely girl front of house in the office.
: Perfect for 2, but would be extremely cramped for 4 people. Difficult to find after heavy snowfall, when Chemin de la Chenalette actually looks like a RIGHT turn off Taille de Mas de la Chenalette. Outdated notices within property eg you MUST use the dishwasher (a (single) dishwasher was tablet was even provided) - but there was no dishwasher in the property. The instructions on the Snow & Trek app are generic & do not necessarily apply to the apartment. Sofa bed uncomfortable - corner of L-shape sags when bed made up. Provided with a fitted double sheet that did not fit the sofa bed Kitchen outdated Only flannels provided for washing up - no brush/scrubber Only 1 small bin bag provided for a week Bathroom ceiling mildew still a problem despite being previously reported.

: The Apartment provides a light airy space. It was clean, tidy and well presented. The kitchen is very well equipped with absolutely everything youd need and more. Water pressure and temperature are excellent. Parking easy and close by. Use of the blocks shared tennis court. Balls and rackets in apartment. Modest balcony with splendid view. Quiet part of town. Apartment is operated by local company Snow&Trek who were a pleasure to deal with. All communications were professional, thorough, prompt and friendly.
